Option 1: Sports Instructor (Coaching Programs)

Lead fun, skill-building sports sessions right after school dismissal. This is perfect for individuals who enjoy coaching and staying active with students.

Program Details:

• Coach one of the following: Soccer, Tennis, Pickleball, Flag Football, or Basketball
• Sessions run 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the sport
• Each program runs for 4 sessions
• Focus on fundamentals, teamwork, and having fun

Responsibilities:

• Lead structured, engaging practices
• Teach basic skills and game rules
• Encourage participation and sportsmanship
• Ensure a safe and positive environment

Option 2: Afterschool Program Instructor (Extended Care)

Work with students from school dismissal until 6:00 PM, providing a safe, supportive, and fun environment.

Program Activities Include:

• Homework support and quiet study time
• Indoor and outdoor play
• Arts and crafts
• Group games and social activities

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage students throughout the afternoon
• Help maintain a structured daily schedule
• Support students with homework when needed
• Create a positive, inclusive environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, childcare, etc.)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Positive attitude and ability to engage groups of students
• Able to work throughout Charlotte, Monroe and surrounding areas
